❌ No Refund Policy
- All sales made on mypuppyhouse.co.in are final and non-refundable.
- Any advance, booking amount, or full payment once made will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Refunds are not applicable in cases including (but not limited to):
- Change of mind
- Personal reasons
- Delay in pickup or delivery due to customer
- Any dissatisfaction after purchase
🔄 No Return Policy
- We do not accept returns or exchanges of puppies once they are sold or delivered.
- Puppies are live animals and may face stress due to environmental changes; hence, returns are strictly prohibited.
🐾 Health & Condition
- We ensure that all puppies are healthy, active, and in good condition at the time of handover/delivery.
- Basic health checks are done before delivery.
- Buyers are strongly advised to inspect the puppy thoroughly at the time of purchase.
⚠️ Post-Sale Responsibility
- Once the puppy is handed over, complete responsibility transfers to the buyer.
- We are not liable for:
- Any illness after delivery
- Allergies or environmental reactions
- Improper care or negligence
